If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please contact us within 30 days from delivery date to request a return & exchange.
If the return is caused by the product's quality problem (such as damaged or unusable products received), the consumer does not have to bear the freight, and no return fee will be charged to the consumer.
For returns or exchanges caused by reasons other than the product's quality problems or consumer reasons (such as not wanting the product after receiving it, or the color and size not being suitable), the consumer shall bear the round-trip shipping cost. The specific shipping cost shall be based on the express company chosen by the consumer.
NOTE: Please do not return items to the address on waybill, this is the carriers' warehouse address, not our returning address.
To apply for a case of return or exchange, please email to our customer service and include: order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary. You will then receive an email with the return shipping address which you will use it to ship back the items.
1. To complete your return smoothly, please provide a trackable shipping number. This will help us track the status and process of your return.
2. If you have lost the original outer box, please use a hard cardboard box to package your return. The size of the outer box should be 42*32*46cm and the box should be filled with cushioning materials such as pearl cotton/foam to ensure that the power product is fixed in the box and cannot shake. The packaging should meet safety standards.
3. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. Power products are high-value items, so we strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safety of the power products during the return process. At the same time, we recommend that you choose the additional service of adult signature upon delivery to prevent unnecessary losses in case of delivery loss.
4. To ensure that your return process goes smoothly, please make sure that the items being returned are in their original condition. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, torn, hooked, soiled, or altered in any way. If the returned item is damaged during the return process, please note that you will be responsible for the corresponding repair costs.
5. If the repair cost exceeds the value of the product itself, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will do our best to ensure that your refund process goes smoothly, but this measure is intended to prevent abuse and fraud.
6. Refunds will be reimbursed to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 3-5 business days to process.
